We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team. If you have a background in sales, recruiting or business development get in touch with us. Hours are flexible, as we are results-oriented, not clock-punchers. If you are organized, ambitious, outgoing, and learn quickly, we would like to hear from you!
You will use your current skills and experience, along with our training, to help our clients find the best candidates for their needs. We will take the time to train you! This process is the best way to maximize your efforts and hit your goals. As a Recruiter you will be handling the different functions of a recruiting business;
- Candidate Management– As the connector between our clients and the candidates you will learn the best way to source for the right fit for them. You will learn to manage the process from start to finish, coaching and guiding the candidate on the process. A hands-on approach is our philosophy, this will help you better manage the relationship of the candidate.
- Client Management – As the relationship manager of our clients, you will learn how to assess their needs and goals. You will be able to identify the right candidate based on this assessment; as well as strengthening our relationship as partners.
- Business Development – You will learn how to research and develop existing clients to increase their business with us. You will be able to engage in the community, utilizing networking skills and building relationships for prospecting new clients.
